M.E. Monday #7 – New Editor, New Galley, and a PoSS update!

What's up?

So I received yet another exciting ARC from NetGalley and with time permitting I might actually get around to reading it this century. It's called Death and the Girl Next Door by Darynda Jones. I've heard a lot of great things about this author though I've never read any of her books. But I'm definitely looking forward to it!

So I have a new editor! Her name is Mia Darien and she's WONDERFUL. She's very meticulous and sharp and really wants things to be as close to perfection as they can get (I'm a wannabe perfectionist, so I'm totally down with that). She finished Invasion (and did an amazing job) which will soon be headed off to the cover designer Raphyel M. Jordan, author of Prossia, once I sit my butt down and apply the edits. She's a writer also, as well as a reviewer. Wanna know more about her? Visit her blogs Boom Baby Reviews and From Mia's Desk!

Time is winding down and I'm freaking out ova' here! But I always do around release time. No book release parties planned so far for Prophecy of the Setting Sunrise but there's still the blog tour so I'm happy with that. Eighteen blogs are participating over the week-long tour with several blogs participating on multiple days! I'm terribly excited but nervous too. Most stops are doing something unique for their stop so I have a LOT of work to do. But I love this life! So it hardly seems like work most times.

I (well, the Masquerade Crew, but I'll be taking on the brunt of the work) will be hosting my first blog tour in February. I don't have all the details worked out yet, but the tour is for author Raphyel M. Jordan's Prossia series, so keep looking out for that! In the meantime, visit Jordan's website and learn more about this wonderful author!

Well, I think that's all for now folks!

See you next week when it will still be all about me!
